All turntables are shipped via Canada Post, fully padded and boxed for safe transit. We ship internationally. Because each piece is different in size and weight, shipping cost is quoted on request — message us with your location before or after purchase and we’ll confirm the rate.
Returns
Every turntable is inspected, tested, and photographed before it ships. Because these are vintage, hand-restored pieces — not mass-produced goods — we keep our return policy strict:
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or non-functional due to shipping. You must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date confirmed by Canada Post, with photos of the damage and the packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, though this can be discussed case by case. We do not accept returns for change of mind, cosmetic wear consistent with the listing photos, or compatibility issues — please review the listing and specs carefully, or ask us questions, before ordering.
